I don't like the nodes=X:ppn=Y+procs=Z syntax.  procs is its own
resource, not a component of the nodes resource.   I think the correct
syntax for mixed nodes/procs requests is -l nodes=X:ppn=Y,procs=Z (or
-l nodes=X:ppn=Y -l procs=Z)
