First TORQUE 2.5.6 and now TORQUE 2.4.13 are available for download. 
TORQUE 2.4.13 can be downloaded at 
http://www.clusterresources.com/downloads/torque/torque-2.3.13.tar.gz

TORQUE 2.4.13 is from the maintenance branch of TORQUE so all the 
changes in 2.4.13 are bug fixes. To see a complete list of changes read 
the CHANGELOG from the distribution or you can view them at
