[torquedev] 2.5.5 release candidate. Fixes route queue order

There is a new release candidate for 2.5.5 available. This build fixes a 
problem where order for routing queues was not being preserved.

It also fixes bugzilla bug 111. Mulit-line environment variables were 
creating an error for interactive jobs.
