[torquedev] New TORQUE 2.5.5 release Candidate - fix to cpuset issue

There is a new snapshot for TORQUE 2.5.5.

This snapshot includes a critical fix to cpusets when TORQUE is 
configured with both --enable-cpuset and --enable-geometry-requests.
