[torquedev] Preparing to release 2.5.3. New snapshot

Hi all,

I have updated the documentation with suggestions from the community. I 
also made it so you can use wild cards and numeric ranges of numbers 
when setting authorized_users. The wild card and ranges will work on 
both the user and the host side of the <user>@<host> syntax.

The new snapshot is at torque-2.5.3-snap.201009241729.tar.gz
