[torquedev] TORQUE 2.5.2 release candidate. Code freeze

There was a serious bug with BLCR Checkpoint files that has been fixed.

    Fix so BLCR checkpoint files get copied to server on qchkpt and
    periodic checkpoints


There is a new TORQUE 2.5.2 snapshot can be found at

Please download and let us know if this is working or not for you.

We are going to try and release 2.5.2 by the end of the week.
