[torquedev] Modified Kerberos patch

We have a modified Kerberos support patch, the biggest difference
(against the one in gssapi branch) is how we refresh tickets.

Each task, file staging process, prologue gets its own ticket file and a
ticket refreshing process (only for tasks). When the task, prologue,
file staging finishes, the ticket is destroyed.

Anyone interested in maybe adding Kerberos into stable?
