[torquedev] u_xml.c missing from 3.0-alpha

3.0-alpha doesn't build because it is missing u_xml.c.

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `u_xml.o', needed by `libutils.a'.  Stop.


The change to have libutils.a to depend on u_xml.o was just a few days ago:
$ svn blame src/lib/Libutils/Makefile.am

  3102    ataufer include $(top_srcdir)/buildutils/config.mk

  3102    ataufer noinst_LIBRARIES = libutils.a
  3102    ataufer
