[torquedev] Maui License

Hi all,

I was wondering whether Maui can be distributed in Debian.

The license file in the Maui source tree "maui-3.3/LICENSE" seems to
belong to Moab and doesn't mention Maui at all.

The aforementioned license file contains some restrictions like this:

"Organizations that are not academic and government agencies including 
commercial and other for-profit organizations may not redistribute this
code or derivations of this code in any form whatsoever, including parts
of SOFTWARE incorporated into other software programs without express
written permission from Cluster Resources, Inc."

Does this apply only to Moab, or to Maui as well?
