Can I suggest that's not a good plan ?   If we don't increase
the release number for these sorts of things people won't know
whether they've got the fixed tarball or not.

I've made brown-paper-bag bugs in a .0 release of another
package before and so I just rolled a .1 with the fix in.

Transparency is good..
