[torquedev] Subversion 2.5-fixes branch created

A 2.5-fixes branch has been created in the subversion source tree for 
TORQUE. All future bug fixes and minor enhancements will go into this 
branch for 2.5.

Trunk will become the repository for what will eventually become TORQUE 
3.0. We will be merging the NUMA branch into trunk over the next few 
days.  When we have finished the merge the NUMA branch will then be 
deprecated.
