I'm using qselect more and more. However, while we can select jobs which have
names which exactly match, I'd like to select jobs that match a substring. In
this case, would it be possible to add regular expression support (in the form
of PCRE) as an operator for qselect, in the similar manner as .eq. etc.?
This would involve changes to src/cmds/qselect.c and in the server
implementation of pbs_selectjob
