[torquedev] TORQUE 2.5.4 release candidate

There is a new release candidate snapshot of 2.5.4 which can be 
downloaded from

Please review the Release_Notes for this release. It has generic GPU 
support as one of the new features. Currently, Moab v6 is the only 
scheduler to take advantage of the new GPU syntax.

There is a new spec file that is intended to better meet RPM standards. 
Please report any problems so we can get them fixed.
