[torquedev] Use of JOB_ATR_qrank

Hi all,

I'm working on the multi-threaded code, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the purpose of this job attribute. It looks to me (I haven't gotten deep into it yet) that it doesn't really have a purpose other than keeping jobs in order. Can someone correct me if I'm wrong, or offer a better explanation of what this attribute is and how it is used?
