Ken, I believe this is fixed by the "make distcheck" patch I sent you several
days ago, as I am not seeing this issue (and I do recall this behavior).  If
you haven't had a chance to look over that patch, it might be worth taking a
gander at it and making sure I haven't broken anything else. :)
