[torquedev] Trouble with porting kerberos

While porting kerberos I discovered that ENABLE_UNIX_SOCKETS is on by
default.

The configure only has an enable flag, not disable:

 --enable-unixsockets    enable the use of Unix Domain sockets for
authentication

It should either not be enabled by default or the configure should have
a disable option.
