[torquedev] I'm out of date

Hi! I guess I'm a bit behind on things.  I haven't touched torque dev since at
least before the svn hostname change.

I was suprised to find that 2.3-fixes and trunk fail to build with a
different build directory.  You guys haven't been running 'make distcheck'!

What is the version of trunk?  CHANGELOG says 2.4.2, but configure.ac says 2.4.1b1.
