[torquedev] [PATCH] Change pbs_mom to set RLIMIT_AS instead of RLIMIT_DATA for mem/pmem limits.

Hi folks,

Attached are two patches (one against trunk, one against
branches/2.3-fixes) to change pbs_mom to set RLIMIT_AS rather
than RLIMIT_DATA for mem and pmem memory limits.

This should result in them being enforced for codes that
make non-trivial memory allocations as well as trivial ones.

Given that we're only fixing the code to bring back behaviour
that used to work for systems with old glibc it *should* be
fairly uncontroversial, but I suspect that people will find
the correct behaviour to be a surprise.

Do people think this is safe for 2.3 ?

PS: I'm experimenting with git-svn, hence the different formatting.
