[torquedev] pbs_statjob broken - bug 34

Hey Guys,

	Rumor has it that Adaptive Computing fixed bug 34 today which is related to 
pbs_statjob in version 2.4.x. Can somebody from AC provide some more information 
and/or at least update the Bugzilla entry?

	We have Bugzilla for a reason, and I'd really like us to use it more and update 
things in there accordingly. I have been working on a fix myself and I don't 
want to waste more time duplicating work. In my experience, Bugzilla really 
helps with coordinating between a disjoint set of people.
