[torquedev] Releasing TORQUE 2.3.4 Soon

Just sent you an e-mail on this. We can release 2.3.4 without doing a 
full merge into trunk. I agree that an official, non-beta 2.4 release 
should not happen until all relevant fixes/enhancements are checked into 
2.4.
