We are running torque 2.1.8 on RHEL 5. The script nqs2pbs in the torque bin directory tries to use the command nawk which does not appear in PHEL 5. What is the recommended way to resolve this? It would be nice if it were resolved in the distributed Torque so that we do not have to carry a local mod around forever. Below is a trivial diff to get nqs2pbs working on RHEL 5.
