[torquedev] Multiple pbsserver connections in pbs_mom

It appears that the pbs_mom code allows for multiple pbs_server 
connections.  If there are multiple servers configured for the mom, then 
the latest 2.3 code starts sending status updates to all of them as soon 
as we get a cluster address response from any one of them.  I would like 
to know if this is the expected behavior.  Can anyone tell me when we 
would use multiple servers for a pbs_mom?
