[torquedev] $tmpdir not fully documented

Hi,

the option $tmpdir, described in
    http://www.clusterresources.com/torquedocs21/users/2.2files.shtml
is not documented in
    http://www.clusterresources.com/torquedocs21/a.cmomconfig.shtml
along with all the other mom configuration directives.

Can someone please add the following description to the end of the table?
