[torquedev] [PATCH] Torque 2.2.0 fails to build on amd64 withgcc-4.2

I think it is crazy to release a 2.2.x at this point.  trunk
definately needed more polishing before being released.  I would have
disabled job arrays before doing an official release, since they are
not ready for prime time. Things are likely to break with them as they
are improved.  I guess as long as anyone knows that if they use job
arrays things may break between version for the near future...
