[torquedev] Question reg. PBS_NODEFILE

Hi!

PBS_NODEFILE isn't gettting set unless -l nodes= is specified.
I.e. only when neednodes is set, -l ncpus=x doesn't give a nodefile.

Intentional or "bug"?
