Can you post a "clean" version to be included into 2.1.1?  It should
have no patches, does not directly invoke pbs_mkdirs, and has
initscripts that behave like the existing scripts in contrib/init.d/
(seperate scripts for each service and optional conf file.)

All you really need for build and install are:
  ./configure --prefix=/usr
  make
  make DESTDIR=whereever install

Basicly, follow the same behaviour as the existing torque.spec as much
as possible so that the TORQUE source distro has consistency across our
wide variety of install methods (make install, make packages, make rpm.)

And if you want to send a Makefile.am patch to add a 'debian' make
target, that would be great.
