Shouldn't the include of site_svr_attr_def.h
be inside of the attribute_def svr_attr_def[] = { ... }?

Somewhere between 2.0.0p4 and the latest (1136853461) p5 snapshot it has
been moved outside of the svr_attr_def = { ... }
