[Mauiusers] configuring nodes speed for PRIORITY:SPEED

Hi all,

at maui doc :
http://www.clusterresources.com/products/maui/docs/5.2nodeallocation.shtml#PRIORITY
when it talks about SPEDD I don't undesratnd something. It says:

SPEED  	if set, node 'procspeed'.  otherwise, relative node 'speed'

where is procspeed supposed to be set? toruqe/config file? Cause i
tried and it does not work (at least I don't see it value when doing a
pbsnodes -a, at statusv).

And relative node speed is as simple as cpu MHz?

those params are not clear to me.
