[Mauiusers] Backfill and node reservation

How about this:
1) use qmgr to set a feature on whatever nodes you wish to be, eventually rebooted
2) use maui to set a reservation on all nodes with that feature (to drain them)
3) submit a number of single node "reboot" jobs that request that feature, that also remove the feature from the node definition when they run
Would this work?
