[Mauiusers] schedule jobs for virtual users

It's been a while since I worked with torque and maui, but it's starting
to come back to me.. I guess I should be able to utilize the "account"
attribute of the jobs to hold the usernames (qsub -A
janfrode at tanso.net), and AFAIR maui should be able to treath the various
accounts fairly.

Hope there's no limit on the number of accounts supported..(?), as we might
need a few thousands (maybe tens of thousands).
