[Mauiusers] Does Maui 3.2.6p21 support 'not' ACL on Standing Reservations?

Hi,

I can see from the documents that Moab fully supports the ACL 'not'
operator, see

Does anyone know if this feature is supported in MAUI 3.2.6p21?
I want to create a standing reservation to allow a user to run on a
subset of nodes and not on all the others.
