Hello,

I'd like to know what will happen if I write in my maui.cfg :
QOSCFG[foo] FSTARGET=12.34+
QOSCFG[foo] PDEF=my_great_partition

Does it mean that the QOS foo will get 12.34% of compute cycles from 
machines in my_great_partition ?
