[Mauiusers] compile error and install problem 3.2.6p21

Steve,

I have successfully installed maui in other directories before.
Can you try this:

  ./configure --prefix=/opt/maui-3.2.6p21 --with-pbs=/opt/torque-2.4.3 
--with-spooldir=/opt/maui-3.2.6p21 --with-gold

You should do this on a "clean" maui source directory just to be sure. I 
would unpack the source into a fresh directory.
I'm not sure how reliable "make distclean" is for the maui source.

I'm not using gold.

Note: I've had problems with the install section of 
"src/server/Makefile". The {} don't get expanded properly.
