[Mauiusers] Problem with offline markt nodes

What's your server scheduler_iteration in qmgr?

pbs_server will trigger a scheduler cycle on certain events like job submit and
at the specified iteration.

Maui also triggers scheduler cycles using RMPOLLINTERVAL.
