I just downloaded it.  Here is the relevant part of the CHANGELOG file:

  - Fixed configure script. Was putting RMCFG[name] TYPE=PBS at RMNMHOST@.

I diffed the source against 3.2.6.p21, and there seem to be very few
changes.
