[Mauiusers] preemption issues

Hi Experts,

 (Since I failed to publish my question, I try again with this mail address.)

  I set PREEMPTPOLICY = REQUEUE. At the same time I hope it could work
in some time that can be controlled.
  Is there any configuration/method to set a waittime before a preemption?
  Moreover, can I limit preemption times for a specific job?
