[Mauiusers] max procs per user?

Is there some way to get Maui to schedule based on the number of
processors being requested/utilized by each user.  I would be happy to
have a user concurrently running 8 8-proc jobs or 64 1-proc jobs, but I
don't want to allow them to run 64 8-proc jobs, nor restrict them to 8
1-proc jobs.

Would this do it:

USERCFG[DEFAULT] MAXPROC=64
