[Mauiusers] requesting 16 cpus on entire nodes as opposed to fragmented

Thanks James. But my point was slightly different. Is there a way to request :

2 full nodes if at all possible;
BUT
if CPUs are going to lie idle for a "long" (ill defined) time then
allot any 16 cpus but trying to minimize fragmentation as much as
possible.
