[Mauiusers] cannot select procs in [ALL]

Hi,

What is the meaning of this line in the maui log?

cannot select 2 procs in partition '[ALL]' for SR 'incms'

I am trying to make a standing reservation of one host to a unix group 
incms, and here is the clipping from maui.cfg
The host has 8 cores.

What  is the mistake in the cfg?
