[Mauiusers] Treating nodes differently

Is there a way to descriminate between partitions in terms of how you
allocate jobs to nodes?

What I want to do is allow only one user per node for computation, but
for the compiling and debugging queue and partition, I want to be able
to allow multiple users onto the nodes via interactive jobs.  I can't
see any way to do this in MAUI.

Does anyone have any ideas?  I don't want to let people SSH to the nodes
for various reasons, including accounting.
