[Mauiusers] Set default and lower priority for a job

Hello,
We'd like to set default priority for a submitted job, and allow the users
in a group to set a different, **lower** priority for other jobs they
submit.

On maui.cfg we've set:

GROUPCFG[bio]         MAXPROC=15,15 QLIST=hi:low QDEF=hi PRIORITY=900

So each submitted job get 900 as the default priority and that works fine.

However, if a user in a job sets the priority with -p  option, it seems that
MAUI ignores it. The job still gets its default priority.

How should/can I do that?
