[Mauiusers] proxy_user in Maui

Hello,

We try to run torque-2.3.3 with maui-3.2.6p20.
Feature allow_proxy_user have been enabled in torque.

But maui don't run any job with reason:
"job not authorized to use proxy credentials".

Can maui work with proxy user?
