[Mauiusers] Most "stable" version of Maui

torque-2.1.8 and maui-3.2.6p19 compile and run fine out-of-the-box on
Redhat Enterprise/Centos 4.4 with x86_64 binaries, and a mix of x86_64 and
i386 nodes running binaries built for their architecture.
