[Mauiusers] Delete invalid user entry

Hello all,

Is there anyway to delete invalid user in the USER entry? Accidentally I put
wrong username, 'kaien,cwolvert' in the maui.cfg and I see those
non-existing user entry whenever I check the fairshare of our cluster.
Any comments will be really appreciated.
