[Mauiusers] utilized vs dedicated ressources

Hi, I've got maui configured to pack jobs on nodes, allocate by
cpuload, until load > max. The lab boxes are just single cpu PCs ( I
told torque that they have 20 )

It works greats, but I'm trying to understand the output of the
checknode command ( see below ) , especially the utilized vs dedicated
lines.
Also why do I get an alert about "node busy while load is low", the
maxload is 2.0 so why does checknode thinks this is a problem ?
