[Mauiusers] How to configure maui resource limit?

Dear All,

I am using maui-3.2.6p14 and torque-2.0.0p8.
My system has serial and parallel queues.

Limit for serial queue:
default user can run 2 jobs, but some special user can run 3 jobs.
I try the configuration as follow, but it doesn't work.
The special user only run 2 jobs.
Please give me advise, thanks.

CLASSCFG[serial] MAXJOBPERUSER=2
CLASSCFG[serial] MAXJOB[USER:wzlu]=3

I also try
CLASSCFG[serial] MAXJOBPERUSER=2
CLASSCFG[serial] MAXPROC[USER:wzlu]=8


The command checkjob show:
cannot select job 5633 for partition SERIAL (job 5633 violates active
HARD MAXJOB limit of 2 for class serial user (R: 1, U: 2)
