[Mauiusers] Problem doing a make with maui-3.2.6p13

Hi

I'm using SL4.4.  I have installed torque-2.1.8 and now I want install 
maui-3.2.6p13. But when I tried to doing a make, it complains about the 
following:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpbs
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
gmake[1]: *** [maui] Error 1

Any advice?
