[Mauiusers] New Maui Patch

Everyone,

The Maui 3.2.6 patch 15 has been officially released. This new patch provides minor bug fixes, 
feature enhancements, and the most up-to-date 'configure' script. This updated script will now link 
correctly with the newest dynamic TORQUE libraries.
