[Mauiusers] preemptee/preemptor problem?

Greetings,

I am having a problem with a maui/torque configuration and am checking to
see if anyone has seen this problem before.  Here is the pertinent
configuration information:

QOSCFG[prime]    PRIORITY=1000   QFLAGS=PREEMPTOR
QOSCFG[high]       PRIORITY=100     QFLAGS=PREEMPTOR:PREEMPTEE
QOSCFG[low]         PRIORITY=1          QFLAGS=PREEMPTEE
QOSQTWEIGHT[prime]   1000
QUEUETIMEWEIGHT[prime]  1000
QOSQTWEIGHT[high]   100
QUEUETIMEWEIGHT[high]  100
QOSQTWEIGHT[low]   1
QUEUETIMEWEIGHT[low]  1
SRCFG[TORQUE]    QOSLIST=prime+,high,low-
CLASSCFG[prime]  FLAGS=PREEMPTOR  QDEF=prime
CLASSCFG[high]  FLAGS=PREEMPTEE:PREEMPTOR  QDEF=high
CLASSCFG[low]  FLAGS=PREEMPEE  QDEF=low

My problem is that jobs submitted to the high queue are preempting each
other as they run.  Prime jobs can preempt both high and low jobs, but jobs
at the same level are preempting each other repeatedly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
