[Mauiusers] 'schedctl -R' doesn't work

'schedctl -R' doesn't work for me:

schedctl -R
ERROR:    'schedctl' failed
ERROR:  dynamic reconfiguration disabled.  restart server to incorporate changes

Is there an option that must be set in maui.cfg to enable this? I didn't find any mention of such a feature in the documentation, and other schedctl commands, like 'schedctl -s' and 'schedctl -r' work.
